The first morning of the 2015 Steamboat Springs Hot Air Balloon Festival was a perfect, beautiful day. Very calm with just enough wind for the balloon pilots to maneuver their rigs. I love how calm the water is in this photo, and the reflection is just awesome!

My name is Tom Riggs and I love art! I am a self-taught freelance artist living in Fort Collins, Colorado. My passion is in watercolor and I particulary enjoy painting on watercolor canvas.
